GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSION

International Feature Films:
Feature length narratives with a minimum running time of 60 minutes.
International movies with various spoken language are welcomed, but must be added with English subtitles.

International Short Films:
Short narrative films with run time of 59 minutes and below.

Documentary Feature (over 60 minutes in length)

Documentary Short (run time of 59 minutes and below)

Newcomer:
We are welcoming new comer in the movie industry. The film director must stated that the movie is his or her third movie (or under) on his/her application.

GENERAL RULES - for films

• This year festival will accept submissions from: 10 September 2013 - 16 June 2014

• The film production could be from any year.

• All films must be submitted on DVD format (2 copies) or with an online screener (we accept vimeo, youtube, etc.)

• We will not return your screening copies.

• All filmmakers must have an exhibition format available in at least one of the following: DVD, bluray, or DCP.

• Should your films selected for the festival, the festival has the rights to broadcast the film in half or full on TV, DVD, Theaters in Indonesia to promote peace, inspiration, and equality with a period until 31 March 2015 (unless you state to opt out of being published outside of the festival dates).

• All submission fees are non-refundable.

ENTRY FORMATS

Upload your film or submit DVD for pre-screening and complete your administration fee. Your films will be watched and analyzed by our professional judges. When your movie is officially selected, it will be posted on our web latest on the 28 July 2014 and we will contact you by e-mail.

If chosen for festival screening, 2 copies high quality DVD or DCP must be sent for festival screening. Mark case and DVD, with title, length, year, and maker's name.

AWARDS- INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVALS

The festival will be held from 3^rd September 2014. On the 3^rd September 2014, we will hold an Award Ceremony in Planet Hollywood XXI cinema in Jakarta. International Film Festivals for Peace, Inspiration, and Equality will give awards for best movie from each category (for films, documentary, and new comer), special award (Federico Fellini Award), special jury awards, and honorable mention award if necessary. All accepted film makers are honored at the Awards Ceremony. Winners of the Festival's will be granted medallions and certificates for their respective winning categories. Winners not in attendance will be mailed their medallions and certificates. Other winning prizes will be informed later depending on sponsorship.

The festival will be featuring premiere screenings (which winning films will be shown in a big screen cinema), film-making workshops and special guest appearances by filmmakers, mass media, and celebrities.
